The Argali (  Ovis ammon )

The potentially endangered Argali are the largest and heaviest wild sheep in the world. Their powerful horns are among the most coveted and expensive trophies for big game hunters. They would thus be ideal ambassadors for nature and species conservation in the Central Asian steppes and mountains. However, they have never been widely kept in Europe and are now (2019) shown in only one European zoo outside the successor states of the Soviet Union.
Physique and body functions

There is a strong sexual dimorphism in argalis. Bucks reach a head-torso length of 158-200 cm, a shoulder height of 100-135 cm and a weight of 97-182(-216) kg. The head-torso length of the does is about 136-174 cm, shoulder heights 85-100(-114) cm and weight 43-66(-100) kg.

The Smartminting® technology

Smartminting® is a revolutionary minting technology in the field of modern numismatics, developed by CIT in 2016.
The greatest advantage of smartminting® is undoubtedly the unsurpassed relief heights in combination with extraordinarily filigree details that the smartminting® process makes possible. While conventional minting processes require more raw material (greater weight) to increase the relief height, smartminting® coins achieve their impressive relief without the need for more material.
Smartminting technology produces coins with up to 183% increased surface area. A normal 1-ounce silver coin with a diameter of 38.6 mm can reach an incredible 65 mm with smartminting®. A 3-ounce coin can even reach 100 mm, as with the 90th anniversary QEII.
