The front of the bar features an engraved image of Lady Fortuna. The PAMP Fortuna gold bar series was the first series to enter the precious metals market with an artistic image on the obverse.

The reverse of the bar contains the weight, fineness, brand and serial number. Each minted PAMP 1 ounce gold bar comes with its own serial number, which is also confirmed on the assay certificate.

PAMP Historie

Die Produktionsstätte „Produits Artistiques Métaux Précieux“ oder kurz PAMP Suisse wurde 1977 im Schweizer Tessin gegründet. Die Produktion bestand anfangs überwiegend aus kleinen geprägten Goldbarren, die bevorzugt im Nahen Osten vertrieben wurden. Der libanesische Geschäftsmann Mahmoud Kassem Shakarchi etablierte 1979 die Finanzgesellschaft MKS Schweiz SA in Genf und wurde 1981 Anteilseigner von PAMP. Der grossen Nachfrage nach hochwertigen Bullionprodukten war es zu verdanken, dass PAMP exponentiell wuchs. Unter der Führung von Shakarchi entwickelten sich MKS und PAMP schnell zu angesehenen Anbietern von Edelmetallprodukten und Serviceleistungen weltweit.
